Cancellation Policy
At LACE SKN, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To respect both the provider’s time and other clients waiting for appointments, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service fee.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if rescheduled within the 72-hour window. After one transfer, a new deposit will be required.
Late arrivals of more than 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, depending on the schedule, and applicable fees may still apply.
